VP / Creative Director

HZDG

January 2014 – Present (8 months)

My role at HZ has little precedent and fewer boundaries. At any given time, I am the strategic and creative lead on high-profile projects, but my primary focus has been on creating a culture of curiosity, a laboratory for experimentation, and an environment that inspires the next generation of company leadership.

In the span of three years, I have introduced new ideas and workflows that have radically transformed our processes, deliverables and outcomes. I have relentlessly explored and reimagined new systems for business development, client engagement and creative executions and identified ways to make them smarter, stronger and more effective.

Most critically, I have broadened the boundaries of our creative efforts and helped grow and nurture an environment that is optimistic, empowered and aspirational.
